If you have received a damaged shipment, defective product or the product does not match the specifications of the product you have ordered, then Publication Board Assam would replace the products at no extra cost.
Order Cancellations are only accepted before the shipping of the Product.
Conditions for Return
Products should be returned in their original packaging.
Products/Items must NOT BE used. Shipping / Courier and handling charges are non refundable (Applicable for all order).
Products must be returned along with all accessories and other items in the original packaging.
Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your money.
Process to Register a Replacement
The customer needs to email at Publication Board Assam within 48 hours of delivery to register about the replacement and the reason for the same. The replacement process would be completed within 15 working days.
Please do not accept delivery of any item where outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner.
All refunds would be processed to the customer’s credit card / debit card / net banking / Cheque / cash accounts (as per channel the customer had made the payment) within a maximum of 15 working days from the date we receive the product(s) in our Warehouse.
In case you make payment through DD, refund will be by Cheque only. Cheques will be sent only to billing address of the customer.
Refunds will only be processed, on Receipt of Product(s) from you.
